Hey Crew, The start list for Mountain Dew Battle for Supremacy has been finalised for this Saturday (Feb 6) at Darling Harbour in Sydney. As usual we have the $20,000 purse for the finest skateboarders in Australia, and we have a rad course (made by Shane Serena and Pete Robbins with design input by Lewis Marnell and Skunk) to be slotted in amongst the natural street terrain of the Darling Harbour banks. On the judging panel we have Sasha Steinhorst (Head Judge, World Cup Skateboarding), as well as Aussie stalwarts Andrew Currie, Morgan Campbell and Jeff Williams. As usual we have $20,000 to split up amongst the 20 skaters, with every skater getting a piece of the pie. Practice is from 11.30am and comp starts from 2pm Saturday 6th of February. Fuck I wonder how much they had to pay to get it there? Any time you skate near it they boot you, cant imagine they'd be psyched on encouraging people to do so. Also, that thing going down the top bank looks hilarious and has potential. | ||
